"The rudest service I have ever gotten. I came in with my wife to return a pair of shoes she had bought online. When we brought them up to the counter the cashier Ricky called his manager over who looked at the shoes and said. "you wore these, I'm not returning them." She then walked away scowling. We had a chat thread with customer service that we showed Ricky showing that we had been told by Customer Care that the shoes were returnable, he still refused. Both his and his managers tone and facial expressions were rude and unexceptable. I would recommend you shop literally anywhere else."
