Simple, stop going, it’s time to reclaim the “small family own business.” This country has been built on those who understand the importance of customer service, quality installs, & reasonable pricing. Why are they missing the recognition they’re so long overdue to receive?? Wanted to take the time to show appreciation for this great business. Passing through on my travels looking for rotation I stumble onto um.. we’ll call them “RNR tire” they tried charging me five times the typical amount for a rotation, and kept flaunting (I quote) “we are a corporate store things just run different here.” Discussed I followed my nose to this gem Marquez Tire Shop, little to no wait, open Saturday’s, amazing staff and reasonable prices. "Great place! I had balancing beads in all 5 tires and the awesome technician was friendly and took all of it out and balanced the tires on our way down to Florida in about 50 minutes.
