"Liars, liars, liars. Disappointing, a big-bodied woman with a bob, if you're not good with cars or customers, just say that. This AutoZone will lie straight to your face and not fix the problem. I needed to charge my battery, a routine task. I asked if they could do it, and they said it would take an hour. Before I even went to the location, I made sure my battery could charge. They tried to use a sales tactic, saying my battery wouldn't hold a charge. So, I took my battery back, charged it myself, and it worked perfectly. They wasted an hour of my time. If they had just said they were busy, I would have gone somewhere else. If you want competent people who know how to help go to Riley Auto Parts ,with even the most minor things, do not go to this AutoZone."
