Secondly I showed up for my appointment after work at 5pm, and they immediately started on it. This is not a “every technician for himself” shop as they all worked together to get the job done! In about 35 minutes I had 4 new tires and an alignment down. Hands down, they have earned a customer for life!"

"While driving back to Atlanta we encountered a low pressure light for a tire on my car. I am a customer of the discount tire in another city and immediately thought of coming to the local shop in Valdosta while driving through. When I arrived we were greeted and offered assistance. The staff is consistently attentive and professional. They discovered a nail in the passenger side rear and advised that there were about 3 cars ahead of us and that they would repair. About 30 minutes later our car was in the bay and were done with the repair. Employee did not charge us; however, he did upsell a maintenance plan which we accepted. Definitely worth the price. This was an A+ experience!"
