"Went into the store at the hours posted. However the employees yelled at me and another customer that they were closed for another hour. The employees wouldn't take the time to come to the door and talk. They were too busy having a discussion with each other. If the hours change then the website and app should reflect that as well. Waste of time!"

"Shopping in store is great but shopping online is a huge joke! My order never showed up and got sent back to the sender. When I emailed they said once they got the return I’d get my money back within 7-10 days. I never received my money back or my order! When I call the 800 number I wait for 30 mins waiting to talk to someone before I hang up! Such a joke! Never again will I order online!"

"Their ballet shoes gave my 2 year old daughter blisters on the back of her foot. Seriously no big deal. I love or I should say loved this store And when I went to return them with tag, with the receipt and everything a lady with red/orange hair told me that she would return them this ONE time (God bless her heart) because the tags were off. NO WHERE IN THEIR POLICY SAYS THAT THE TAG HAS TO BE ON! And I asked her where does it say on my receipt that the tag has to be on? She smugly said well it says that the tag has to be with it. Amd that it's just policy. She kept saying that. Its policy. but this lady or should I say an angel from above (sarcasm) let me return them. Wasn't that nice of her?? Nothing makes me more upset than poor customer service. Not even an apology that the ballet shoes blistered my daughters feet. I Will NOT be shopping there again and I would suggest put your money somewhere else!!!"
