"When you live over 2,000 miles away and you need to send flowers to a house in the middle of nowhere, the big time websites will never get it right. Floral Traditions was able to text me pictures of different flower baskets that they had available, helped picked the best ones to choose from and then deliver in a timely fashion. "I have ordered flowers for delivery before and have had good service, but recently I went to buy some flowers for my mom to bring to her and even though the sign said it was open and the hours on Google said it would open at 9:00, there was no one there at 9:30 and the door was locked. Very disappointing considering there was nowhere else to buy flowers on short notice. Edit: Due to a technical issue with open hours listed on Google, where in fact they did not open at 9:00 as the site stated, I am reinstating the 2 stars. Thank you Floral Traditions for letting me know what happened."
