"I've always gone to Dollar tree stores in other towns but it appears to me this particular Dollar tree in Old Town Idaho has a problem with the conduct of their staff. I visited the store two different times in March 2024 and was treated very rudely by two different cashier's. I must say I was very upset but luckily I'm a person who has the ability to control my self. Customer relations and service training is definitely needed at this location."

"Not the first time I've had to wait in line with 10+ people for 10+ minutes with 1 cashier. Called and the 2 people in the office couldn't be bothered to answer the phone but made the only cashier do it. When the manager finally came out she didn't bother calling the next person in line, just the closest to her and didn't even turn her light on. I understand staffing is hard right now but customer service still matters."
"They usually have a wife variety of things even tho it's a smaller dollar store. If it was a bigger one I would give it 5 stars, but the dollar tree has always been a great place to get household items and snack foods and seasonal items. It's a small town so that's why it's not a bigger store but they get alot of business so u can see people love it. Plus the staff is nice and they keep security one of their number one priorities."
"This is one of my favorite stores. They always have everything, for a great price of course, lol. The staff is very nice. Also, the stockers do a great job of keeping the store well stocked and items on the shelves. This establishment is always clean and well organized."
