"I asked for vanilla Creamer and sugar in one of my coffice. And it didn't even look like they had put any Kramer in it. It was barely lighter than my black coffee that I had ordered no vanilla taste. Whatsoever and so yeah, I just would not recommend Starbucks to anyone. I didn't like Starbucks before just because their coffee didn't taste real good when I had ordered it at the airport, but this is the second time I've ever been to a Starbucks and yeah, I've not changed my mind. One of the nastiest places there Is"

"I love this new location! It's close to home, and it feels like Starbucks!...quiet, relaxing, the nice coffee aroma in the air, clean. I can get my own work done if I wanted to. Chat with friends or even read a good book. I also noticed one of the employees used to work from another favorite location. My order is a picky/tricky one, but they've gotten it right since the beginning. Only 2 other locations have gotten it right. Way to go, crew! You're doing great!!"

"Happy to see is a new Starbucks on this of town. Maricamp location was my closest before this one. The atmosphere is nice, this location has a great layout and nice landscaping. The food, I don't usually get as I'm there mostly for the coffee lattes or the cold brew however I have had the egg bites, love those, and my favorite the pumpkin bread. The service was nice, I didn't encounter any issues with my drinks. I'm not sure why others have had a different experience but I like to allow new stores some grace at least through the first quarter. This allows them to settle in, train any new staff, and fix any small issues that may have been overseen. One of the reviews about a sprinkler system issue, while super petty and ridiculous, is an example of those type small issues that come up usually after the store has opened for business. I would have simply ordered my drink on the app to pickup at the window if i felt that strongly about it! Duh! Or driven up directly to the window and ordered there. That review said more about that person than the actual store!! Anyway, looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work Starbucks at Silver Springs."

"Waited 10 additional minutes from after the time stated from the mobile app for 2 ordinary drinks that should be easy to make. Plus they weren't made good at all and the cover wasn't even on one causing it to leak all down my arm and car window. She seemed unconcerned with this and had to be asked for napkins to clean it up. Good Lord she's not new she is from the pine location. So I guess let's put the bad employees in the new location"
