"As modern and clean this place may look. It’s very unorganized and will waste your time. I scheduled an appointment A WEEK AGO and as stated on their automated system, appointments are over walk ins. I arrive 10 minutes early to check in just to still wait an hour just to not be seen. No humans to check you in, or schedule an appointment. A total waste of time and I’ll NEVER be back. Go to LabCorps! Peoples time is valuable. When you schedule on the phone with the automated system, they don’t ask for your email to send a confirmation code or anything. But when you tell someone you’ve scheduled a week in advance they ask for a confirmation email that you never get! First and last time here. Don’t come."

I scheduled my appointment through the app, the day of my appointment was super fast, it took a total of 10 minutes, when you arrive you can check in through a screen, and the person who took my blood was very kind! I didn't have confidence because of the comments I read about this place, but the truth is my experience was great!"

"Both my sons had the same time appointment. 1 gets called the other ignored through 3 other people. Finally tell them and they say he didn't come when called. Literally both of us listening near the door. 10 minutes later they come out and again tell him he was called right after his brother. The lady was supper aggressive and rude I don't know what kind of crazy is going on that you would aggressively lie to a patient. Also ironic that you have a sign to be nice to clinicians but you don't feel you have to be nice to patients."

"I had a really good experience at this location, because of a lady named Crystal. She helped me with my glucose testing and was patient with me in regard to getting the correct testing done. I appreciate all her efforts into making sure I received the correct testing after my doctor issued the wrong testing order. Thank you so much for your help kindness and patience, Crystal."
