"This was the second location after the first one was closed. We had a reservation there but had to have it switched here. The customer service lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. But the real shining star was the lady who helped us at the counter! We reserved two trailers and the second one didn't go through online for some reason and she was very understanding and helpful! They were out of the size trailer we needed but she found one that is supposed to be delivered later today. She set us up to get a call when it arrives and she helped reduce all the stress coming from the whole situation! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. I think her name was autumn but im not sure. She had red hair and I highly recommend her!"
