"MY appl has been pending for "7 months" now! can't contact anyone by phone, no office to go to &, that so called new help section online does absolutly nothing! after 7 months i have still heard nothing!!! how in the hell can this be?!? it's rediculous and unprofessional! (smh) i am SO DISGUSTED! FRUSTRATED! & APPALLED! "7 MONTHS"! REALLY??? GRRRRR!"
"I've been calling for 2 days and all I get is a recording giving you instructions to enter someone's extension or to enter 0 for the operator. I press 0 looking for assistance for the correct office to resolve my issue and all I get is a "click" and then another "click" and then a "busy" tone. This is ridiculous! No assistance at all! I get the same results when I call all the numbers in Tallahassee, too. You might as well save your time and frustration and not bother calling any of these offices since they do not have anyone answering the phones and you can't even leave a message to have someone call you back! This is what my tax dollars are paying for? Totally disgusted!"
