"We are still newer to the area so I asked my mortgage lender if she could refer us to a good realtor that would be willing to negotiate and stand behind what we really wanted. She referred us to Adelle Kanellos which my husband and I did not know we were really getting the best realtor in the area. Adelle took her time with us, gave us her honest opinion on everything I ever asked her. Which included everything on her thoughts of the house compared to price, I even asked for her honest opinon if she liked the house we were viewing compared to others we had seen. She spent hours with me viewing houses. Sometimes even viewing the same house multiple times Never once did she complain or make me feel wrong for what I was asking of her. I never felt mislead and always felt that we could sincerely put 100% full trust in her and that she from day one had our best interests in mind throughout our whole buying process. If she did not know an answer she would contact the sellers realtor and would have answers for us within minutes. I did not understand alot of things during the buying process and she explained everything to us clearly and professionally so I could understand. She even would explain every paper to me before I would sign because she did not want me to feel like I was just signing things I did not understand.
