"Stayed here in October 2023 with my husband. The room and mattress are quite old. I was bitten with red spots and bums on my arms and legs after a few night's sleep here. I checked the bed and found that there is no mattress pad or layer in-between the mattress and bed sheet. The bite were more itchy than mosquito bite. I searched the website and found it more looks like the bites by bed bugs. Since we didn't go anywhere outside at night, I guessed that I was bitten by bed bugs at Hilton Naples. It took me over one week to recover. From then on, I am trying to book newer hotels and have to inspect the bed and mattress to feel safe."

"Great place with a great stay. My stay so far after 24hours has been top notch. When I needed to renew my room for another day, John and Jackson at the front desk were both extremely helpful and friendly."

"We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. We were assigned a room that had an unpleasant and persistent odor. Consequently, my companion and I were compelled to request a room change at midnight. I appreciate your team’s prompt response in relocating us to another room. The second room we were given was free from any odor concerns, which was a relief. However, I was disappointment once again with the cleanliness standards in this room. It did not meet the expectations I had for a hotel of your reputation. The cleanliness of the accommodations is an aspect that I believe should be upheld without question."

"Overall pretty good. Staff at front desk could afford to be a little nicer (at least the staff sunday morning) rooms are clean and spacious. Our room had a beautiful view of the roof, maybe some astroturf would make it less of an eye sore."

"A++ Staff / Service at the Hilton Naples - Our stay was much more enjoyable and pleasant! Hotel provides you with complimentary beach chairs stocked with a towel and cold waters. The complimentary Shuttle Van to the beach was fantastic, especially on the weekend with limited parking. Pool area was comfortable and has a nice Italian / European feel. EVERYONE goes above and beyond - from S. at Concierge, to the check-in / check-out staff, and even the cleaning / housekeeping staff was SUPERB! Location is also great as it's so close to the beach and our ride to downtown / 5th Ave. Naples was under 10 minutes. The Shula's restaurant breakfast was tasty and very reasonable pricing. We also stayed at the Hilton Marco Island on this trip - there was NO comparison of quality of service (and friendliness) and value for money. There are NO huge resort fees or parking fees here either! Hilton Naples even provides complimentary high-end coffee / hot chocolate - a self service machine is available to guests all day / night. MANY THANKS to all for being caring and sincere... we had such a relaxing stay!! We'll be back..."
