"Had one ups order from the same company arrive that was only $89. But then I had an order for a limited edition set of boxing gloves that were valued over $200 that first said they arrived and were out for delivery and then magically the status got changed to processing at facility for delivery. This office keeps having the same issue with packages staying at their facility and not being delivered. And internal investigation needs to be made as to why this keeps happening. So yea anyways I filed a claim."
"Worse drivers. Driver leaves my expensive parcels outside my gate, without any cover or care. Complained many many times and the supervisor refused to do anything about it."
"Ordered a very expensive item that was shipped with the highest tier UPS offers. Overnight air from Canada. 5/6 Packages arrived on time. The 6th package in the order was scanned as "Out for Delivery". They never delivered it and now it just says "Processing for Delivery" at the local processing center. I have called UPS 5 times now, still on hold (34 min. and counting) to get a person at the local processing center. She told me yesterday when I finally got through that "the package is in my building, but I cannot find it. I hope it will be delivered tomorrow". That is the response from the processing supervisor at this facility. She hopes and has no idea. Much like the rest of this failing company. Fedex > UPS if you haven't discovered that already."
"Horrible customer relations. Sell on EBAY and shiiped an art frame print a month ago. Buyer refused package saying it had been damaged. Sent back and arrived back to Fort Myers Fla saying it would be sent back to me as the sender. One month later still waitng for the broken package so I can make a claim. UPS wants pictures for a claim an dI'm curious as to if i'm supposed to pull them out of my butt. Next stop BBB to complain."
"This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The photo of my package shows it was delivered to the wrong location, and when I called to address this, the representative was incredibly rude. She insisted she used the GPS to drop it off and hung up on me when I tried to explain that the address on the label is correct when checked on Google Maps. My grandfather worked for UPS for 30 years, and he would be appalled by this level of service. Leaving an expensive item in the middle of nowhere is unacceptable. UPS should hire more responsible drivers who can correctly read labels. Where is my package? ***Update 1*** Attached are photos of the driver who successfully located my address and delivered my package today. Unfortunately, the package, containing a valuable electric piano, was severely damaged and left outside in the rain overnight. I urge caution when using this service. Did the owner of the facility just request that I contact them through Facebook? Are these people serious? Are they children? ***Update 2*** I spoke to a UPS representative who said they would deliver the damaged item today, as I was the original sender, and they would call me within 24 hours with an update on my replacement item. None of this happened. ***Update 3: *** Despite being advised to contact the service center via Facebook, which I found quite unprofessional, I followed their instructions. I was assured that I would receive a call 4:00pm today, but this did not happen. I am deeply disappointed with the deteriorating quality of service from this company. I hope someone over there sees this and does the right thing."
