"Not responsive at all. Website phone number doesnt work. I recieved text messages from a staff instead of Megan. I tried multiple times to contact her. I was very interested in a home she had listed AND I made it clear that I have a home to sell! Didnt care enough to contact me. I would never use this realtor."

"Recently i had dealings with this agency regarding a seasonal rental. I must say that when everything goes right it is easy to post a positive review, however when things go wrong it is a different story. In my case Agents Nancy Singleton and Dorothy Smith had to deal with issues that could not be foreseen with this condo, Just after occupying the condo we noticed that the hot water tank had been turned off and in order to get it operational the tank had to be flushed out and that took several hours. The next problem was the air conditioner broke down and had to be repaired which was done the same day. If that wasn't enough the microwave stopped working on the second day and had to be replaced. Without exception these problems, and several more, were addressed immediately.to our satisfaction. Nancy and Dorothy did and exceptional job saving our winter vacation from a total disaster. As I stated at the beginning it is easy to say positive things when everything works well it is another to see the professional attitude by staff to make sure that the client receives the best service that can be provided. My wife and I plan to use this agency for our next Florida vacation. Alex McKenna"

"As a Property Management company, Weichert leaves a lot to be desired. After renting with them for two years, I found a much quicker response time working with the owners of the property when issues came up rather than going through Weichert's liaison. The good: They're very professional upon move in and move out. My deposits were handled accordingly and their policies are in accordance with Florida law. As a renter, I knew I was being treated fairly. The bad: After my initial deposits were taken and the dust settled, getting movement on even the most basic requests took time and several emails. Their was always an excuse, from changing maintenance workers to blaming lawn care providers, pool providers. At the end of the day, it was a plethora of endless emails to get things accomplished. Which is why I began working with the owners directly. It was a much quicker response, and the owners took pride in their property, as did I. Throughout my 2 years at the property, I had similar interactions with Weichert. Very slow response times for even the most basic maintenance. I do not recommend their services as a Property Management Company. I cannot comment on their Real Estate practices, but from what I've seen from them, I would highly suggest taking your business else where."

"I contacted Megan and Jarrod regarding the listings for sale of a few lots I own in their area, after the initial contact from both I was unable to get any further contact from either. I can only assume that the profit return from taking my listings would not be large enough to make the listings worthwhile. A simple email to tell me they were not interested would have worked quite well for me, ignoring me however is extremely bad business."
