"We have been trying to call for 3 DAYS there is water fishing out onto the sidewalk where our water meter is and I have called every 15 minutes for 4 hours each day since it has happened trying to get through and I keep getting the (beep beep beep "disconnected" sound) and I have emailed them DIRECTLY with a reference number to prove so and they have STILL YET to come fix this issue 4 days of me trying and trying to get someone here and NOTHING!! I am so upset over this because I already know what they are going to try and do and that's make my family of 4 (myself,my husband,and two toddlers) pay a $500.00/$600.00 Water bill that we did not cause and absolutely CAN NOT AFFORD!! We have a 2 year old and a 3 year old I am a stay at home mother and my husband works 6 days a week just to barely make ends meet. This will put us in the street. How about having an emergency line that people can call when you can't have your phone lines working for days?????!! This is just inhumane. PERIOD!!!!!!"
"So far a terrible experience. I can’t even get someone on the phone. , I got to there web site, it’s Saturday. I get they are monday through Friday 9-5. They have a 24 hr emergency number, IT DOESN'T WORK, they have a secondary number listed , IT DOESN'T WORK! You’d think the 24 hr number would have some one to pickup even on a Saturday. It’s 24 hrs and says nothing about we don’t pick up on Saturdays. I went to their site to see if I can find some way to handle my needs. Site down for construction. So literally giving “24hr” numbers that don’t work and a site that is un unusable.. I can’t wait till I actually get someone on the phone to see how organized an experice this can be! ."
"Very VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT DOWN… if the Supervisors are rude though what could you expect out of the crew. Not to mention every time you talk to a different representative you can bet you’re going to receive a different amount owed. No one here is on the same page Horrible training & communication. Also watch them your deposits disappear often."
"I am signed up to have automatic payments for my bills about a year ago. Every month since then payments have been happening without incident. I just received a bill for more than double what I usually pay plus late fees. Apparently I didn’t pay for last month’s water?!? IT WAS ON AN AUTOMATIC PAYMENT SCHEDULE! I just checked and my credit card info is up to date. I would call and try to get this corrected but this company has such poor costumer service that I would rather pay the late fee and save my time and blood pressure."
"Sorry to see so many poor reviews. We're seasonal and USPS majorly messed with our mail so we never got our latest two bills. I called the phone number and was greeted by a wonderful, helpful woman who was able to provide me with my account number and give me all the details I needed to create an online account. The online account is also very user friendly. My experience was wonderful."
