"Dealing with this agency has been absolutely horrid. Through my agent, who has been amazing throughout this process, I purchased a condo listed through them. Cash purchase with a 30 day close, an agents DREAM. There were issues from the offer. Communication is NOT a priority and there are nothing but excuses. After contracts were executed they pawned my agent off on an assistant to deal with. The assistant, while very nice, has no clue what she is doing. After closing YESTERDAY, I can still NOT confidently take possession due to the fact that they can not manage to get a signature that is required from the seller. The people from this agency, those involved in the sale of this condo to me, are completely incompetent and inept. Nothing but excuses and laziness. Had it not been for my agent from a different agency, this sale would never have gone through."
