"Cheap hotel if your just looking for a place to stay. Certain rooms are nicer than other w bigger shower for 90$. I pay extra to stay in the nicer rooms... Owners are nice if they are used to you but very strict."

"The Room was outdated but clean, comfortable, and safe. Set far back enough from busy 14th St, there is little noise from passers-by. The Staff was more ceremonial than friendly but I interacted little with them."

"I stay here every Sunday. It's not fancy. But there is a bed, bathroom, and tv. And you can smoke in the room. There is a KWIK STOP less than a block away. Also, the owners don't tolerate foot traffic, drugs, or disruptive behavior. I consider it a safe, reliable place to lay my head for a night."

"This motel I read the reviews posted. Absolutely not true nor fair to the lady who runs this hotel. It is so affordable and she keeps it very clean. I'm OCD and I would be crazy if this place was anything but CLEAN. She doesn't tolerate unruliness from her guests which we appreciate cause we are elderly and here to work. Those reviews are from people she didn't tolerate and she got lied upon and given bad reviews. I can almost guarantee that. She has an excellent cleaning lady that is superb. Excellent place to stay and excellent price."
