"It is unacceptable that you tell them things and promise things that they are not going to do, I went to tell them that the room smelled horrible and that there were many cockroaches and the lady said that she was going to send the cleaning lady to clean it And there were some grapes in the refrigerator in the room and I let them know that they weren't mine but at the end of the day they didn't do a damn thing about what they said they were going to do. “NO RECOMMEND “ to stay in this place."

"I booked a room with Agoda from 2 blocks down the street and when the room was booked I headed straight to the hotel where I found the office with a note on the window saying OFFICE CLOSED, also saying No vacancy. I rang the bell and got nobody. Needless to say, I am out my money with no room lastnighy. When I contacted the hotel the following day, they were unwilling to help and had no concern for the issue saying my issue is with the booking company and had no concern for the fact that the office was not open. No customer service what so ever, it was my problem and they had nothing to do with it and were unwilling to provide any help."

"Called this place to ask for any availability for two weeks. Man on the phone said he would check, but asked me right after if I had a pet. I said yes I have a kitten, to which the guy responded “sorry we don’t allow pets” then hangs up in my face. Messed up. Never even got to book the hotel anyways even tho my kitten has a place to stay. These peeps don’t like pets, so just be aware!"

"I may not be the one that had stayed at the hotel, but my significant other has and this place is absolutely ****ing disgusting. When I checked them in earlier and had an initial look around the room, everything seemed normal. After I left and they were fixing to head to sleep, they found roaches (dead and alive) everywhere. In the futon, in the bed, in the drawers. E V E R Y W H E R E ! ! ! The sheets were also stained! And another thing that was caught was the fact that they had a smoke alarm put on top of another smoke alarm. And don't get me started on the A/C unit in the room! When we turned it on, a strange substance was blowing out of the vent and onto the bed sheets. Could've been a foam substance or something that was deteriorated to hell. On another note, I have NEVER heard of a hotel that has you pay an extra $50 and then gives it to you when you check out. Who the hell even thinks of that?!?! Maybe I was scammed out of that $50?"

"It was our first time going to the bay breeze inn. It was nice other than we had to wait a hour to get in our room check in is at 3:00 and we had to wait a hour before we could get in our room. The room was clean but they have no microwave no coffee maker and also the soap at the sink had rat chew marks and the shower curtain looked like it hasn't been cleaned in quite some time and it looked like it had throw up on it I went to the front desk and asked if they had another one and the gentleman said that he would ask his housekeeper if they did so there for I never received one. We lost sleep over the loud banging from nextdoor we will never come stay there again."
