No cooperation from Berkshire Hathaway Lakewood ranch nor C & S condo management company. I ended up phoning state attorney general who directed me file a police report. We paid cash on October 3rd was not until late April deed went on record. I definitely would avoid Berkshire Hathaway Lakewood ranch and C&S condo management firm in Florida. If C&S is the management company then look elsewhere. No help at all just repeated problems."
