"We sold our home with the Daniels. Although they did sell it quickly the experience was not pleasant. They talked me into a lower asking price than I wanted. The inspection process could have been handled better by them. Whenever they needed anything they were very demanding and pushy. The insurance policy they wanted to sell me was more expensive than the one from the buyer's agent. Whenever I tried to have the buyer pay for anything they thought it was me being petty, yet it was ok for me to pay for things on the buyer's end. It appeared they were more for the buyer and just trying to get a sale As I said the house did sell for a reasonable price, but probably it could have been higher. The overall experience was not pleasant. Comparing the couple, Marcie was definitely the more forceful and the one more in control."
