"As some other reviews have mentioned, it's unfortunate that the agent I was dealing with, Chris Stivers, failed to follow through with a scheduled showing and neglected to follow up after a week of us waiting for a rescheduling. To our dismay, the house had gone pending within the past few days, causing us to miss out on a potential home purchase that my partner and I were eager to make due to the agent's lack of diligence. This home had gone pending on the 29th according to the owner, Kelly, and on the 30th Chris had still informed us we will be rescheduling for a showing. Seems incredibly odd to keep people waiting on seeing a home you listed that is now pending, don’t you think? While I can appreciate that schedules can get busy, this specific agent, when confronted about their lack of follow-up, made a false claim that they had indeed made a follow-up call. However, when pressed for details such as the time of the call or the dates involved, they failed to provide any substantiating information and dismissed the issue as unimportant. It is unfortunate that Chris’ actions reflect poorly on the owner Kelly, who seems like a very sweet lady, however, we most definitely lost out on a home due to an agents negligence and there is no correcting this situation"
