"Great spot. 45 steps to the beach. Doc is fantastic and very courteous and attention to detail is spot on. Clean and fresh rooms. I have stayed here 3 separate times this year and will be back for more. My absolute go to for when I need a beach break. Giselle is extremely helpful. At anytime that I've needed anything, it's been handled pleasantly and expediently as well. She goes above and beyond too I will be back."

"Beware they will hold your banking information hostage, threaten you if you don’t leave a good review! Well, you don’t have my banking information and I stand up for what I believe in! I’ve seen the facts! Despicable behavior by any type of business I would never recommend staying at your place to anybody ever way that you treat people I’ve seen other posts as well when you try to defend yourself! Well, you can’t this time you’ve done somebody dirty it’s disgusting and you’ll be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I am sure of it. How dare you treat people like that that are disabled, and refuse them their service animal! Not refund them their money! Hold their banking information hostage is a federal offense, threatening as another offense, disgusting despicable. I hope the whole world sees this."

"This place is the absolute worst and the owner is a scammer. Be aware especially of anyone who feels the need to comment back to every bad complaint. Normally means they’re doing exactly what they have been accused of. I just read one where the reviewer is the scammer. Absolute joke. Do not book here. You might get screwed. Really you will probably be unhappy at the bare minimum. Place was also unclean. Have the day you Dr. S!"

"We visited this charming condo a week after Hurricane Ian. Doc Schroeder emailed us that the place sustained absolutely no damage, and he was right! He greeted us with a bottle of champagne and two wine flutes. The condo suited our needs, and we slept well on the firm mattress. We were just steps from the beach, and every evening we saw a spectacular sunset. If you go, bring your own beach towels. Everything else was provided. We love this area, and I'm sure we'll be back. We highly recommend Sunglow Seaside."

"We spent a week at Sungow Seaside motel last March. We enjoyed it so much. The penthouse condo was perfect with beautiful views of the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed. The beach is a few yards away which made it a perfect location. Lounge chairs were available for our use and we used them daily on the beach. As well, we enjoyed being able to BBQ our meals on the BBQ provided for guests. As well, having laundry facilities on site was a bonus. Doc, the owner was amazing to deal with. He made sure we were comfortable and was always visible to help us with any thing we needed. The location is right on Gulf Blvd and we used the trolley to get around to every place we wanted to explore including Clearwater Beach and John Pass. We have booked another week for March 2023. Can't wait to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of this little hidden gem once again."
