Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Clearwater/Madeira Beach

"I had a great working weekend stay. The staff was welcoming and accommodation and the rooms were spacious and clean. The meeting room was large and adequate for our needs. The food tasted great and was plentiful. I really enjoyed the catering staff checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I had a nice view of the water from my room and it is within walking distance to the beach."

"I booked this hotel for a number of reasons. I am a Marriott member, reviews and pictures on the website. I was greeted friendly and got checked in. I did pre check in and waited for a text or email when room was ready but never got it. I arrived 4:15 PM. The room was disappointing looking like nothing like the pictures. The high floor with the wrap around balcony was nice but the room very dated. (See my pictures comparing to website) Furniture very old and worn out. We got a few drinks and a snack at the bar, Julia W and the gentleman working were super nice and friendly. The room was clean. Fresh new carpet in the hallways going to the rooms. TV was small compared to other hotels we stayed in. $12.00 a day parking nonsense. Location and views very nice. I would stay again but would request a room recently done."

"The best sunset in town!! I love to come by here and grab a beverage and a couple of snacks and just sit on the balcony and watch the sunsets and lightening storms. It's quiet and the staff is always very welcoming and kind. My mom stayed in one of the rooms a while back and WOW it was gorgeous! I really do love this location. I'm local so can't play in the pool, but it's really quite gorgeous and perfectly lit. The whole place is beautiful."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location this gem is at. The pool, the views of the water, the balconies, and the staff are top notch here. I will definitely stay here again! Clean and comfortable rooms, food and drinks to order, and not far from the beach make this place perfect!"

"The hotel reception, bar, and restaurant were beautiful and clean, front-end staff polite, friendly, and mostly helpful. The complaints we have are with housekeeping mainly, when we booked, we asked for our room to be cleaned every other day, at 4pm on the second day of our stay they hadn't been and we were told they had left for the day, the do not disturb sign was taken off the door around 9.15am. The male receptionist asked about our stay and he said he would ensure our room was cleaned the next day, yet again it wasn't, I had to call for towels and empty our trash twice, which I did. I am actually easygoing, so I didn't mind doing the trash myself, but i shouldn't have to, nothing else was cleaned and i made our own bed also. Just disappointed. The rooms need a good clean, and fixing somewhat, the phone looked yuk, I didn't like putting that near my face/mouth to talk into it, the fridge was broken, the shelves were missing in the door, and by day 4 of our stay, my "fresh" milk was soured. The shower was nasty in the edges, someone else's old urine stains were around the bottom of the toilet, just need a good clean , some TLC. See pictures."
