"Same day service at a very competitive price. As a comparison, the other business near me wanted more than twice the amount and i had to wait 6 days. McNatts wins in that choice. And my garments came back looking perfect! I dont dry clean often, but when i do, this will be my regular place."

"I just want to start off by saying I have never actually used this dry cleaner. I walk by frequently because I work nearby and there's always an elderly woman chain smoking to the point where the entire area outside of the store is covered with cigarette butts. I don't know how people's clothes don't smell like cigarettes when you know she smells like cigarettes. Also give your worker somewhere to put their cigarette butts so they stop littering. Thanks."

"I've used McNatt's Cleaners for many years, cleaning dress shirts, special occasion dresses, comforters and other finicky materials. The items have always been perfectly cleaned and pressed with no issues. The prices are reasonable and turnaround time on cleaning is FAST. I have used other cleaners in the area and keep going back to McNatt's."

"Ruined my brand new dress. Missed the water stain while dry cleaning and said they need to wash it. I agreed since they told me it might shrink a little and I didn’t mind. Came back two toned. Looks like a chemical reaction from something they sprayed on the stain. Sent back a second time and they called to say it came out “perfect.” Not only was it still two toned but it had streaks in it and all the edges were frayed. Both ladies said it’s the lighting and they saw nothing wrong with the dress (see picture) and refused to give me a refund for the cleaning. I don’t even care about the refund. It’s the incompetence of the cleaners and the deceit from workers that prompted me to write this review. Do not take your delicate items here. Consider yourself warned."
