"This experience was horrible. My home is well cared for and easy to clean. So cleaners think they can get away with saying they cleaned when they didn't. So after speaking with Ana multiple times about my concerns and how I have not been able to find a reliable and honest cleaning company that actually does the work they say they do, I thought for sure I finally found a good cleaning company that takes pride in their work. She assured me that her cleaners were excellent, well trained, and that she is an honest company that was founded on honesty and integrity exactly for this reason. Sure enough, after purposely placing certain "markers and dirt spots" so that we would know if the items were actually cleaned or not, the items they listed as being cleaned were absolutely not! It was obvious that our purposely placed dirt and dust spots were not ever touched. They flat out lied about the cleaning they did. It was so obvious they did not dust the top of our fridge, or vacuum and mop the floors, or dust my daughters bedroom. CONSUMERS BEWARE: I am finding this with multiple cleaners!! They list the cleaning that was done - but always, always check their work! In my experience, cleaners are charging high rates and not actually doing what they say they are. And getting away with it! Including Magnolia Cleaners. So sad."
