"I took a shirt and to have a couple of buttons sewn on it that had fallen off and we discussed replacing three or four buttons all together I figured I would owe $12 plus tax, which would be for four buttons When I went in to pick it up today they wanted to charge me over $21 and said that the woman who took my order (the manager or owner I'm not sure which) had sewn all the buttons back on It did not need all the buttons sewn back on just the ones we discussed They weren't going to give me my shirt unless I paid the $21 something dollars I told the lady that was working to call the owner or manager and tell her that I'm not going to pay $21 because we had not discussed and agreed upon her replacing all the buttons The lady who was on the phone said for me to leave the shirt there and she'll take off the extra buttons she had sewn back on for no reason I said that's not my fault I shouldn't have to pay for it or have them taken off I said that was very inconvenient and ridiculous so she (the lady on the phone) finally relented and charged me for the buttons we had discussed which was $12 and tax and told me that I wouldn't be allowed in the store again. Very bad way to do business I wouldn't go back there even if they held the door open for me and I've been a customer there for over a year"

"Brought couple suits plus a new shirt for dry cleaning, after pick up, got home and noticed that my new shirt had rust stains in several places in the front, brought it back to them, they asked me to give them couple days to fix the problem, went back and the shirt was still the same way, some tape was place highlighting the spots, once again they asked me for couple days to be relaundered, same thing, stains were there, I was told that there was nothing they could do, that whoever does the dry cleaning was going to call me and they would find a resolution. Two plus weeks and no call... it's not the cost of a $50.00 shirt, is the lack of urgency and carelessness for the customer after they collect their money. But it's not the only business from me, I hope others follow and noticed that carelessness for their customers it's unacceptable."

"Super nice of them... I ALWAYS put my receipt on my visor in my car so I remember to get it. My life is extremely busy, so I try to keep it as simple as possible. Well, for the very first time in about 7 years it flew out of the window one day driving! So, I totally forgot about it. I dropped it off in October and just picked it up today (February). It was still there and no fees. I guess they called only one number on file which happened to be my ex husband not me. So my only criticism is that they only allow one number on file. The dry cleaning itself is always on point and fairly priced. I’ve yet to bring an item they can’t clean, fix or save. Highly recommend."

"It took me 1 order (with 2 separate pickups) to be sure that I will not be back, and therefore cannot recommend Personal Touch Dry Cleaning. Above all, both employees that I interacted with, one of whom is the manager, were not pleasant and really were snarky with me, particularly the manager. The first order included dry cleaning and a bedspread to be laundered, as well as an alteration to be sent off for a simple hem repair. I was given the same pickup date for both orders, which was 5 days away. I worked in dry cleaning at one time I found this to be appropriate. I did not care for the employee’s dismissive and slightly snarky attitude, but everyone has bad days, right? I came in 7 days later and the same employee was there, unfortunately with the same attitude. I was told the dry cleaning part was done and that the quilt had just been completed, which I believe. The inside of the bag that covered the quilt was steamed up after being in the trunk for 20 minutes, and I could feel the damp inside the folds when I took it out of the bag at home. The men’s business shirts all had a weird bend to the side of the collar in the exact same place (but fault could be mine in this instance). Also, it was only at the first pickup attempt that I was told that I would receive a call when my alteration piece was ready. I did receive that call a few days later. When I came back for the second pickup I asked (politely) about the business listing a pickup date on the slip when that was not an accurate depiction of their process, and boy did I get my head bitten off then. I decided to stop the conversation to pay my bill so that I could leave and never come back. The dry cleaning was acceptable, but the business practices and attitude of the employees are not. I will look elsewhere."

"Apparently closing at 2pm actually means if you show up a quarter till the open sign will be on but the door will be locked and the person inside will refuse you service because "I already closed my register". Guess it's time to find a new cleaner."
