"Hired first week of September 2023. 6 inches of water damage from hurricane Idalia occurring on August 31, 2023. First week of September tore out condo unit for mitigation including entire kitchen and only bathroom. Never seen another worker except Servpro supervision personnel until end of 2023 in December. Left us renting a daily AirBNB for 4 months because they kept telling us that they would start next week. Finished just before Christmas. These dates may be backed by audio recordings and personal documentation. Also may have access to video and audio statements from some of those involved including but not limited by Insurance sub-contractors. These are my personal recollections and not meant to be a legal document. The above statements serve as I remember them."

"At our greatest time of need post Hurricane Ian, these guys stepped in and did what was necessary to our house. We were remote from the house, but they took care of everything, including storing our furniture. The return team, under Raymond’s leadership were excellent, doing whatever we needed. Most amazingly, nothing was lost and nothing was broken. Highly recommended."
