"Agreed to terms of days for our office to be cleaned. Almost immediately, the owner starting wanting to change the days. They eventually stopped showing up all together, while lying and saying they were, which my camera system disproved. The 2 actual times they did clean, they did a poor job. (Additionally) I went back and reviewed the camera footage and your crew showed up twice. The second time I can't even figure out what was done. Trash was still there in the morning and the floors were dirty. I have since had other crews come in for estimates, every single one of them pointing out how dirty the baseboards are, something that you assured me would be done on the first cleaning. The storm was on a Wednesday. You didn't show the prior Saturday or the following either. Out of six supposed cleanings, we got 1, that was half done at best. Your lack of effort, communication and cooperation wound up costing me more than your quote due to having to have to pay my staff overtime to do YOUR job. Now, unless you've hired people that show up in the form of undetectable vapor and seep their way into buildings through key holes, my camera footage that is date and time stamped is correct."
