"I did laundry at Soapy’s twice this week. On my first visit, a customer had a problem that she caused herself. I called the “Help” number and spoke to a rep. The rep was very professional and helped the lady remotely with a free rinse and spin. On my second visit I had a question about billing. This time the rep and I texted and my issue was easily resolved. I was very pleased either way the service I received."
"I have been going to this location for several years before Soapys took over the establishment. Today I went in with about a weeks load of laundry. To my surprise, all the small washers for 2 & 3v loads are gone. If you're not doing laundry for a family of 4 or more, it's not worth thing there. I'm not going to pay for a machine that is almost 2x the size I need. One other thing, the last time I was in there (about 2 wks ago), the restroom was locked up.. and the sign says for customer use!! Guess I'll be looking for another place to do my laundry!"
"My last review was before the new owners. So now I'll write about the new owners First of all it was 2.50 now they're 3.50 me and the owner had went back to back about how the establishment was when I was there it was dirty homeless dogs smoking inside the establishment they told me if I didn't like it go somewhere else and that's exactly what I did how rude."
