"We started with Sur Maid after reading reviews on Google and Reddit. What initially won me over was communication. Brianna and team are very responsive through email and text which I appreciate as a millennial. I don't always have time immediately to respond and take calls. Figuring out what days/times work for us was the hardest part of getting set up. Service wise - Ashley is fantastic. They're always on time, do a thorough job, and can easily work around our pets and meeting schedules. Our house always looks, smells, and feels great after their visits. In the times they've needed to be early or late, it's been clearly communicated and agreed on so there's no surprises. We've also had to reschedule a few times due to being out of town, and the text/email reminders are perfect reminders to reach out. It's always been easy to reschedule, and I appreciate the notification because it's one less thing to track on a to-do list. Based on my experience I have nothing but good things to say and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service."
