"Have been going here for a few years. No problem. Then they shrink 2 Tommy Bahama shirts. Said the shirts were old, not, and no restitution. Use at your own risk. They don’t stand by their work."

"Neighbors do yourself a favor and avoid this dry cleaner! My first visit I took in 20 shirts to be laundered and four items for my wife to be dry cleaned - I asked for the shirts to be folded and was happy to pay $3.85 per shirt (vs. $2.85 on hangars) - $122.00 for my first order! Things started to go wrong immediately, I was told everything would be ready on Tuesday, when I showed up on Wednesday three shirts were not ready and of those that were ready only a handful were wrapped in plastic. The woman working in the store informed me that she “did not have time to put all of them in plastic bags.” I returned on Thursday to be told again that the missing three shirts were still not there. Finally on Saturday the three shirts were available with one having a huge rip down the front and of course the other two were not in plastic bags! Do yourself a favor and avoid this business - any recommendations for a new cleaner would be appreciated!"

"To all who live in St Pete, Tierra Verde, or St Pete Beach: Avoid this dry cleaner like the plague. I dropped off a brand new suit to be dry cleaned and they totally destroyed it. This was a $1,000 suit that they completely ruined. They burnt the jacket to the point where it felt like burlap. Never have I seen such carelessness and a complete lack of accountability, responsibility, and integrity. We contacted the owners and they were not only rude, trying to tell my wife that it was due to wear & tear (I’ve had suits last 20 years btw) but they refused to replace the item and make it right. MANY Multiple calls went unanswered. I sent them the bill for the replacement cost of the garment and still no response. All they have to do is simply write a check to reimburse me for the replacement cost but no, they decided they’re going to do this the hard way. If they don’t pay for this jacket in the next week, I’m calling my attorney and filing a lawsuit to press charges. Amazing that businesses like this still operate today when all they need to do is say sorry and replace the garment."

"Never use them to wash and fold. Half my dresses are bleached out and shrank!! Used fabric softener and perfume soap after I left them my unscented soap! Thanks for ruining 4 items!"
