"If I could give a zero star review I would. My mom called me crying because Mrs. Harmon wouldn’t go sweep the house or send someone to go sweep responding, “That’s not my job.” My parents are both over 60 and my dads health is failing not to mention they live in Missouri. The lack of respect and laziness is the making of a real Estate agent who has made it and doesn’t want to try. I asked my husband who has his Real estate license what he would do in the predicament. He said he would definitely go sweep or if he was too busy he would hire a cleaning service and bill my mom later. Both my husband and I are on a rotation overseas and it’s hard because we want to stand up for my overwhelmed mother but we are half way around the world and can’t. It’s sad the response she gave to my mom. My question to her is do you not like money? No one is too good for anything. That’s a lesson I learned in the Army."
