"Care Realty Group has been a great management company to rent from! We’ve rented from them for the past two years and have no complaints. They fixed the few things that I asked about without hesitation and the house we rented, although a little outdated, was well taken care of and ready for us when we moved in. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt, most people who write reviews are the ones who want to say something bad. Sadly, positive reviews are hard to come by. If you’re feeling iffy about renting from CRG, go into their office and talk to them! You’ll feel much better about renting from them after that! Super nice and welcoming!"

"Called to inquire about a place. Was told that they don’t do sight unseen I asked was this a law because I noticed a lot of places had the same practice. Was told no it’s to cover them so that people can’t sign a lease and then when they see it say they don’t like it and then leave them poor reviews online. My family and myself are moving from Ohio 16 hours away and do not know anyone in town. They told me I could go on Facebook and pay a random stranger to go see the property and have me on FaceTime when I asked could they possibly go to the property and FaceTime while there they said no because that would be a conflict. Which makes absolutely no sense. It would be no different than a random stranger as I don’t know either of you and I’m just using you to FaceTime so I could see a place. I don’t care who the person is. It’s better than possibly being scammed on Facebook by the person not showing and now I’m out of money and still can’t apply. I also offered to sign a contract stating that I would not complain online or try and break the lease still a no. I understand the trying to cover yourself but it makes it extremely hard for those who can’t be there and you all basically are like who cares. Well good luck not getting those bad reviews online because apparently they can only come from those who don’t see the property first."

"When our house flooded during Sally Care Realty seemed to be the only one who could get us into a Rental quickly. If we ever had a problem they were very quick to take care of it. They even helped us extend our lease a couple months when our new house wasn’t ready. Everyone was always very nice and we got our full deposit back when we moved. We would definitely recommend them to others. Rick and Beth L."
