Reviews
"I am here washing now the place look like a nice wash it’s a big scam the dryers are 2.50 and some say 3.00 I paid on the pad on the wall for dryers and it took my damn money then three dollars for 27 minutes you can’t be serious I pressed the ring doorbell camera that they tell you to push if you need assistance and no one answers. I will not be coming back over here anymore. This is so unprofessional and unorganized Pissed me off And another don’t use the drink machine either it takes your money too"
"I took my last to wash the washer took my money didn’t work there is no one you can talk to directly you have to send a email then the emailed me back like oh we'll check into it"
"The first time they locked the doors an the alarm went off an I had to go out the emergency exit. I had 1 min left for my cloths to get done washing. I think there should be a 15 min lee way after they close to be able to get out before the doors lock an you get locked in an the police show up."
"APPLE PAY… I called and confirmed with the owners son, who is very nice by the way to make sure that they have PayRange. I haven’t touch paper money in years so it’s nice to be able to go to a laundromat while I’m out of town that uses Apple Pay… also, they have a couple of arcade machines that are set to free play."
"Basically self service, from what I could tell. I never saw any employees and only one other person than myself showed up to do any laundry. Which, if I'm being honest, was kind of nice. The machines can be paid via an app called PayRange, bills or change, which was a life saver since I ended up running out of quarters near the end of my last wash cycle. The app works fine, but the machines seem to be the same as the ones that have been there forever. The large dryers took me 3 cycles to get my 2 loads to a barely damp state. I file a complaint through the PayRange app, but haven't heard anything back yet. Kinda doubt I will. All in all, it was an okay experience."
