"I usually never take the time to write reviews but the service I received from Jeffery Kohl in flooring was just so fantastic. He really took his time to help pick out carpet and padding. When it was time to go back and purchase, he was on a break but came back half way through the order. He remembered me right away and took over the order. I left the store forgetting the rebate paperwork and as I was going back in, he was calling me to tell me the same thing. Just very nice, knowledgeable and made the whole process painless. Because of Jeff, I'll be coming back next year when it's time to replace my hard wood flooring. Thank you Jeffery, you rock!"
"I purchased a new 5 element electric stove and it was delivered on Friday. When it was plugged in, it didn't work. I called Lowe's and they gave me a number to get it fixed. I was told they would have send out someone to fix. After five different numbers, I finally got the Lowe's store #28. I spoke to the store manager ( Curtis), I explained what happened and he told me to come and get a replacement stove. He said to ask for Chris ( manager in appliance Dept). He was very courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store. Everyone was very kind and very helpful."
"They had the cutest lawn stuff for my grandmother's birthday. The fall displays were sheer genius! Staff was friendly and helpful. Update - I had 3 different employees offer to help me find something. I asked one about lawn tractors and he seemed very knowledgeable."
"Reason 4,387 not to shop at Lowes . Stopped in because the item I wanted was only sold here. Of the 4 self checkout there were only 2 functional and a line 7people deep . The lady behind the counter running them was doing her very best. She called for help from management early in the fight. The manager walked down and then walked away with our helping her or saying what her solution would be. So we all continue to wait while the self checkout glitch was resolved. No cashiers at any other register. Other department employees just walk by and shook their head. Seems to be typical for the Lowe's brand. Zero customer service and it seems like zero employee peer help as well . Save yourself the trouble shop Home Depot"
"Absolutely the worst lowes ever! The wife found some tomato plants on clearance for $5.48. When we get to the register, they rang up $19.99. We then had to wait over 10 minutes for the cashier to find the manager to fix the price. When the manager arrived, she said that she was not allowed to sell them to us because the price was wrong. She told us she sold 20 of them earlier at that price and found out that someone else had put the sticker on them, and she was told she could not sell them for the marked price. If they are marked wrong, pull them so it don't happen again. These plants were pointed out to my wife from another customer who also purchased 3 and was not given any problems. We truly feel that if they are marked wrong and on a smaller cart away from the other plants, the price should be honored. Especially after the gentleman that pointed them out to you got them for the #5.48 price, and you openly admitted to selling 20 for the same price earlier in the day. Several months ago, this same Lowes had a 6-foot ladder on sale for somewhere in the area of $59.00. When I got home, I noticed it rang up for the original price, not the sale price. That took another 10 minutes of arguing and showing them the price online before they would fix it. I have had this issue on several occasions, and i am beginning to think they do it on purpose. I refuse to shop here anymore, and only stop when the wife asks me to. So if you're reading this, always, always check your receipts from this store."
