"Stopped @ 5:30am, 1 of only 4 pumps out of service. Went to a different one. Took 4 swipes for the pump to take my card. Pump was extremely slow- after several mins had pumped only $8 of gas. Left to go elsewhere. Ridiculous that this location is extremely out of date and can't have its equipment working properly. You have only 4 pumps, guess it's too much to ask for them to be in working order at one of the only gas stations in west Pensacola."
"Title: Exceptional Customer Service at 3 AM! Review: I recently had the pleasure of picking up a door dash order at 3 o'clock this morning, and I must say that my experience with the cashier was outstanding. I wanted to specifically address this review to the amazing cashier who was working diligently during those early morning hours. Arriving at the checkout counter, I encountered an unusual situation - I needed assistance in cashing out a DoorDash order. While most employees would have given up or directed me to cancel the order, this cashier went above and beyond to find a solution. Her dedication and conscientiousness stood out from the moment she took on the challenge. Despite not being familiar with the process of cashing out a DoorDash order, she immediately sprang into action. She made a valiant effort, attempting various options on the computer and even reaching out to the support team. When those efforts didn't yield the desired result, she didn't give up. Instead, she took the initiative to call her boss and woke her up from her sleep. I was genuinely impressed by her determination and commitment to ensuring that I left the store satisfied. It's rare to encounter an employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty like this. Her willingness to persist and seek help when needed is commendable, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into resolving the issue. To this exceptional cashier, I would like to extend my gratitude. Your dedication to providing outstanding customer service sets an example for others in the industry. Thank you for your unyielding efforts and for making this early morning shopping experience a memorable one."
"The overnight manager with red hair, absolute LOVE her. She deserves a raise. She is so fast, friendly, helpful, and professional. Ran in to grab something last night and she was helpful, greeted us when we came in, and overall just so friendly to talk to from walking in to checking out. You can genuinely tell who cares for a job and who doesn’t and she genuinely does."
"Tom Thumb off of Bauer and Hwy.98 is great. The people who work there like Sarah and Tim are so wonderful and hard working. I go there for gas, coffee, and other small items of necessity. They are like family."
"I know it is too late for any action on a Lottery Ticket swap but I wanted you to be aware of an action that took place so it does not continue to happen to others. I do not remember the exact date but it happened somewhere around March 26th, 2021. I came into the store to cash in my Gold Rush Lottery tickets for more tickets. I had $280 in winnings. A female employee at the Tom Thumb Store # 111, 12311 Lillian Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32506 was scanning the tickets and came across the $200 ticket. She said that the store does not cash out to $200 tickets and that I needed to take it to Winn Dixie. I had no problem doing that. So she handed me the ticket back along with 8 $10 Gold Rush tickets that I bought with the $80 winnings. I did not check the ticket because I thought she gave me the $200 ticket back all in good faith. When I got home, I told my husband what she said about the store not cashing $200 tickets and that I needed to go to Winn Dixie. So neither one of us thought anymore about it until a couple of days ago he got to looking for the $200 ticket and could not find it. I told him it was with new tickets. He said there is a $20 ticket. I said it cannot be because I used all the $20 tickets to buy more. So then we realized the female employee swapped my $200 for a $20 ticket. The con is she kept me distracted by being very talkative and jolly while she swapped the ticket. If it were an accident, the cash drawer would have been over $180. I did sign the back of all my tickets. I am reporting this to you because this issue needed to be brought to your attention so you can take further action and hopefully put an end to the inside theft. I do plan to report this to the Lottery Office in Tallahassee."
