Despite having consolidated all my healthcare needs with another large NY Medical Center, I will never change dermatologists. Dr Zeichner has always been professional and provided exemplary care and he has done so with a personal touch building trust and confidence with me. When I see Dr Zeichner I know I am getting the best care available. Thank you for 12 years of top notch care!!"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. This appointment was such a waste of my time. Not only did I have to wait 20+ minutes in each room to wait for him (I got there 15 minutes before the appointment). Just to meet with him for less than 2 minutes, in which he gave no diagnostic, didn't even get close to look at my skin. If I would've known I wouldn't have taken off half of my day at work. He asked no questions and simply said we couldn't get rid of my problem. Basically gave me a cream that said it could maybe work and had no solutions or interest in patient history/or experience with the condition whatsoever. No advice given besides the cream. Which I don't even know why he recommended if no questions were asked. He didn't even say what I had and he felt it was ok to joke around and say things about my bumpy skin condition. I could tell he was in a rush, dismissive, very uninterested, and condescending. What a waste of money and time! If you have any eczema/dry skin condition DO NOT come here. Nurse was super nice but I don't know how this guy can be called a doctor."

"I specifically told the front desk that I needed a particular allergy test before they scheduled me with the doctor. I was very eager to get this test done and canceled two meetings in order to make the appointment. When I got there, I was dismissed by the Dr Zeichner who informed me that he was not able to do allergy testing. He wanted to engage me in a teaching moment about what was involved in allergy testing rather than doing the test . Not only was I outraged that I wasted all that time, but I am shocked that a dermatologist could not perform a simple allergy test for dust mites. It’s shocking."

"I was a new patient and had not read reviews. So am totally unbiased. The doctor was kind, answered my questions. Waiting time is normal considering I arrived 5 minutes late. Dr. Zeichner is friendly and very competent. He explained the various laser procedures and wasn't pushy at all. Glad to have found him."

"During the appointment, Dr. Zeichner took one quick glance at my condition and immediately prescribed medication -- he didn't care about history of the condition or any other details. He literally did not ask a single question about my condition. When I proceeded to ask questions I had about my condition and about the medicine he was prescribing, he was dismissive, impatient, and condescending. He did not seem happy to answer my questions at all and I'm sure he would've preferred if I just immediately agreed to his treatment plan. I am also always on time and have had to wait ~20min in the exam room each visit. Also, Dr. Zeichner obviously is looking to profit from his credentials as much as possible -- just look at how many interviews he's given beauty magazines and his attempts at social media. His nurse was great, though."
