"Terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would . Asked for a bright RED tattoo, photo and all!!! , received a darkkk purplish tattoo that looks nearly black. It being my first tattoo, I asked will it turn brighter to the red I wanted it to be after it healed, he said yes which it didn’t, it’s been about 3 months . On top of that the tattoo was flipped the wrong way and looks nothing like the inspiration picture !! Now I’m stuck with a tattoo I regret getting. Overpriced as well!!!! Could have gone to a better n cheaper place !!! DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! If you enjoy quality work this is not the place for you. I do not recommend at all. The shop owner acts like she is there to help and once you hand her your money she will no longer be as nice. I had an issue with a piercing that was done by her I went back later due to the earring stem being way too small and she did not want to help or assess the issue. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HEARD ABOUT CUSTOMERS HAVING ISSUES HERE."

Even I am looking for something specific and it's not there, they'll order it. It usually gets there in less then 2 days. For example certain earrings, chains, pendants. "I’ve been coming to Olga for a long time . She’s always friendly and welcoming it feels like coming over to visit a friend every time I come in . Today I stopped by and got my industrial re pierced and got my conch and rook piercings. She answered my questions about re piercing and she reassured me also told me to come back if anything . I also asked her about changing my nose ring but since it’s not fully healed she advised against it . It really speaks to how professional she is . She herself told me “I could sell you the jewelry just to upswell you but I won’t do that.” she told me to come back in 3 months . I’ll definitely be back! Gracias Olga ! Te veo pronto."

"I ALWAYS come here to get piercings or change my body jewelry. The shop owner is always there and she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They abide by the COVID-19 guidelines and are clean. Needles etc are always freshly opened in front of you and they have built in dividers for privacy when getting work done. Their jewelry is reasonably priced. Sometimes people complain about pricing so just remember, you get what you pay for!"
