"I just called the office and got the most rudest girl on the phone, she even called me a lier, I’m an existing patient and because I didn’t have the member id number for my insurance she hung up the phone while I was talking. I will not go there again."

"I’ve been a patient of this office for 15 years. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and having sudden, major issues with my asthma. I called to see if I could be seen in an emergency and the woman answering the phone told me “they aren’t a walk in clinic” and would have to wait a month to be seen. I asked her if I could be seen as a sick patient, or get on a cancellation list for this week, and she basically told me no, that I wasn’t able to see other doctors in the office, that if MY doctor wasn’t available, the other docs wouldn’t see me. Even if it’s an emergency? Anyone with asthma knows it’s imperative you see a doctor that knows your regimen when you’re having flare ups. A PA at a walk in clinic who isn’t as familiar simply won’t due. I’m so frustrated at how unaccommodating this office was. The woman who answered the phone didn’t even bother to look me up, see when my last appointment was, offer for a nurse to call me, all the usual steps you’d take when you speak to a sick patient. I was just there a few months ago so often times doctors can provide telehealth or a call back if you’ve been within the past year. Terrible terrible terrible experience. If this office records and reviews their calls, I hope they listen to this one."

"From the moment I stepped into the office, I was impressed. Jackie welcomed me, took my IDs, and I was called back quickly. The nursing staff was so pleasant and maintained my privacy during the initial review of my prior history. The entire office was tidy and they have air purifiers/filtering systems throughout. Dr. Khan was GREAT! She spent time asking questions, listening to my responses, and helped me to understand the next steps we would take. I’m looking forward to continuing care with her in the future."
