"3:19 pm... 10/11.. Who ever is picking up the phone is neither pleasant or patient . Called never even greeted me. She sounded like she didn't want to be there and had an arrogant attitude..My impression of her is that she was not trying to get business for your location. pls do better. If this is any indication of the type of treatment you get , i rather keep searching for a place for my mammogram."

"It was first MRI in my life Very satisfied Friendly ladies over the phone who answer all the questions, very nice front desk staff, everyone works fast & professional. my MRI was scheduled at 10 am been told to come at 9:45, i left their office at 10:25. Gave me CD with images right away too. MRI was on Sat morning my physician got full report on Tue morning I recommend this facility."

"I was very satisfied with this location in Fort Lauderdale. I was greeted and handle in the upmost courtesy and respect. The receptionist made me feel at ease and comfortable. I'm claustrophobia, but after coaching and her professionalism she calmed me and set the tone to make me feel at ease while doing this test. The technician also was very caring and patient. She did an amazing job while I was in her care. The place was clean and I surely felt comfortable and not a long wait time. 5 stars for sure."
