"Not sure why this location has so many bad reviews. I only went once (12/18) and had a great experience. It was a little weird at first with no receptionist but the email checkin was a breeze. I checked in, sat down and within 10 mins (probably less) I was called in. The nurse was incredibly nice and friendly and fast. The facility was very clean, the waiting room was huge. I would for sure use this location again."

"Here again...and AGAIN they say that the Doctor did not send the orders over to them. I conferred with my Doctor's office and they assured me that it WAS sent over. This happens everytime I come to this Quest. I quit coming here specifically for this reason. But, a friend said that they have gotten better. HUH???!!! Not coming back! This Quest sucks!! They need a great big update in their system!!!"

"The other reviews bothered me but I arrived for my appointment today regardless and was ready to reschedule with another company. Not necessary. My experience was very good. I did check in on a robot device at the window where a receptionist usually would be. Waited 5 minutes past appointment time and was called. Only one other person in the waiting room when I left. The person who did the blood drawing was pleasant. True, there was no receptionist but that didn't seem to matter with such a short wait. I didn't notice anything being particularly dirty. The floor could have been polished but that was not an appointment breaker It all looked professional."

"Went for simple blood test. Came back with a swollen arm, the next day I had an awful bruce that after one week looks worse than the first few days. Half of my arm is dark purple. I can't post pictures here but I never had that issue before with any other testing facility. The people here are very rude and don't care too much for the wellbeing of the patients. Also, after one week I still haven't gotten full results for my tests. The 5 star reviews are most likely fake. I don't recommend this place and we'll never come back."
