"Recovery unplugged struggles to meet the promises they tout on online. I was lucky enough to go through their IOP program, recovery unplugged is understaffed and lacks the staffing to meet any of their clients. Their case management fails on every level to meet the needs of clients, I did and completed the program, and was left with no tools or any guidance afterwards. recovery unplugged I can say wholeheartedly is about money and your insurance, I was left with nothing and no guidance from anyone and was simply left out in the cold . recovery unplugged has to do better. I think recovery unplugged needs to figure out what kind of rehab facility it wants to be mental health or addiction. Vaping is out of control, and they have no control over their clients. Recovery unplugged has to do better."
