"I took my six year old son here for a hearing exam. The office space is lovely and they even had a healthy snack available for patients, which my child appreciated as we had traveled over an hour for this exam. The resident who performed the exam did a great job listening to my concerns and setting my son at ease. She was kind, competent, and efficient. I also appreciated my conversation with the resident and the supervising audiologist afterwards regarding the exam results and next steps. I had all my questions answered and felt like I had their full attention while we were talking. Fortunately, we will not be needing any further audiology support anytime in the near future, but if we did, I would not hesitate to return to this practice."
