"This was my families first and only Covid test. The test itself was easy. The on site staff was nice and friendly. We were in and out. We got our test results 52 hours later after 3 phone calls. The woman answering the phone (Same one on all 3 calls) isn’t helpful at all. If you need your test result, I’d recommend calling and asking by providing your last name. They will not ask you for this information. You must insist on receiving it. All in all, we appreciate the service. Can’t wait for all of this to be behind us."

"Very quick service, if you need a covid test definitely go here. Ive been here 5 times now and all but once I had my results by the 9pm thevsame day. One time I got the results the morning after, the key is to have them send the results via e-mail. If you do it by phone its way slower."

"They handle their long line efficiently and effectively. However they have no sympathy or compassion for the patients they’re intaking. After a 45 minute wait outside in 93 degree weather I began to feel faint and dizzy. I have a history of heatstroke and popped my head inside the building and asked if I could lay down or sit somewhere in the cold air for a minute. They offered no help and immediately began to treat me as if I was an annoyance. The nurse was more interested in making sure payment for the test was handled rather than checking on me. When they finished swabbing me I asked if there was anywhere I could get water. The nurse just said “No” and shook her head. No making sure I was okay. No regard for the patients well-being at all. Just there to test you and get you out the door."
