"I called this office back in 2023. July to be exact. I called trying to become established as a new paitent as I had just moved back to California. The office staff members were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. I was greeted with attitude each time I called. I was denied to the practice as the office staff stated Dr Williams wouldn’t work with me since I was “to high risk.” However, at the time of my delivery Dr Williams was the doctor who was on call. My delivery did end in a csection but Dr Williams was professional and made sure I was comfortable during my delivery. He even came back throughout my stay to make sure my pain was manageable and that we were taking infection risk protocols. I was overall happy with my experience with Dr Williams himself but was strongly upset with the experience navigating his office staff. I highly recommend obtaining new office staff members or mandating they improve their professionalism dealing with clients."

"Today I had to drop off some papers for my daughter. The women at the front desk are VERY unwelcoming and unpleasant!!! I know it's Friday and maybe it "casual Friday" in alot of business, BUT they didn't look professional at all. The gal that filled out the papers had on a hoodie and some type of sweat pants or jogger. I really hope my daughter's doctor is more pleasant and has a good bedside manner or personality than the office staff!!!"

"Dr. Williams is such a wonderful person and doctor. He delivered two of my babies (out of three) both cesarean and both times he was kind, attentive and comforting. The surgeries went smoothly with no complications and each appointment before he took his time, listened to me and made sure I was comfortable and had anything I needed. He also performed my tubal ligation. The medical assistants are friendly and thorough, ultrasound is knowledgeable, lab tech very kind, office staff is very busy but friendly."
