Had an initial issue with scheduling that was immediately taken care of. My RRT, Mr. Pat Gorman, was awesome, set everything up, walked me through a proper fitting for a CPAP mask, and made sure I could run the equipment. He left me with proper care instructions and the list of all the contacts I would need for supply ordering in the future, or any any issue came up. A truly great experience."
