"Ok so I am updating my review. Yes the doctor did have a 2 hour wait time on my first appointment but since then I have been in and out of the office within 45 minutes. Honestly plan for an hour for your visit but it is worth it. The doctor is really nice and goes over all of your concerns and results. He is a good doctor."

"This review is strictly to warn patients. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m genuinely not sure how Bidani managed to get named one of the best gastro drs in America but maybe he doesn’t display these awards because he knows the office doesn’t live up to these titles. The entire office is greedy and money hungry and will preform unnecessary procedures to get more money from the insurance companies and then proceed to misdiagnose you. He knowingly overbooks his schedule every single day he’s in office which causes wait times to be anywhere from 2-5 hours further wasting everyone else’s time. I saw another post on her about a girl not being able to get her medication on time which further proves how little they care about their patients. My humira was supposed to be filled for a year but I was denied after 6 months and then had to go back and forth with the office for 2 months just for them to correct their mistake and refill my prescription. I was 1 week away from being completely out of medication so I said I would be coming to the office in person and then all of a sudden they were able to approve it. They don’t answer the phones and when they do they put you on hold for at least 30 mins making it impossible to communicate with your own drs office. They blame this on being short staffed which they claim to be 100% of the time. Maybe they should look into a staffing agency so they can stop comprising patient care. People go to see specialty doctors to make their lives easier but all Bardmoor does is make your life harder. So if you have, oh I don’t know, a chronic illness that requires you to manage your stress levels. Good luck. Office manager also exhibits stalking behavior and regularly violates hippa so I would be extremely cautious providing this office with sensitive information. My newest issue with this office is now that I’m trying to get seen by a different gastro doctor, they are withholding my medical records from 1 singular procedure. They said in order for me to receive my record, I must pay off my $75 balance. This balance is from 2 copays, which Bidani decided to waive for me as I was an employee at the time. Now, about a year later- they’re trying to go back and collect that money and refuse to send me my records until I do. Even though a simple google search will tell you that according to the Florida board of medicine an office may not withhold medical records for services rendered even if payment was not received. So now I’m on track to see 3 different doctors and have 0 record of my most recent colonoscopy. Bottom line. This office genuinely does not care about their patients or the quality of care they provide and it would actually be in the best interest of the community as a whole if they were to close their doors and/or get shut down honestly. It’s quite literally their job to care for their patients and their patients illnesses and it’s just not there."
