"Understaffed with aides and overbooked with patients. Spent 3 months with this agency. For 2 of those months i was only receiving services for half of my hours. The final 2 weeks, before i decided to leave them, i was getting no help at all. There is no rush on their part to get you the help you need. They just send out an alert to the handful of aides they have and hope one responds back. The one aide i had was constantly harassed by them, while on duty, to take on other cases. Seemed unprofessional to me."
