"Absolutely ridiculous. Had to go to several quest diagnostics to get my specific test done. I had an appointment and was 5 minutes late and then they put me on the waiting list saying I was late. This was after I went to several different locations and they couldn’t provide the test, although it states they can on the website."

"They only have one phlebotomist, and she takes long breaks to talk instead of work. They have an MA just sitting outside, “helping” people check-in, but it’s nothing that requires help, so she should be inside working and helping to see patients faster."

"HORRIBLE experience. I just took my 3 year old daughter to have her very first blood work done at this location and couldn't be more disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. First of all, the nurse wasn't able to answer any of my questions about the procedure or how to handle with a 3yo doing it for the first time ever. She didn't speak English or didn't seem to make any efforts towards speaking since I wasn't understanding her Spanish. Then, all of a sudden, the nurse was just holding my daughter against her will without any notice and without explaining anything of what was about to happen to me or to her. Of course I was unprepared, and my daughter almost accidentally removed the needle in the middle of the scare and the crying. It was traumatic and disrespectful. Of course she was crying quite a bit after thay, and the nurse pretty much just forced a sticker onto her shirt saying she didn't need to cry anymore.... and as my daughter continued to cry, she kept rolling her eyes and telling her to stop crying. I wish I would have written down the name of this horrible nurse so no one has to go through this awful experience I had with her...."
